*DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION:  DATE, TIME, TICKET WEBSITE, REVIEWS ETC.  ON YOUR GRAPHIC KEEP GRAPHIC AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE

For the publicist:

You will set up your Ticket Tailor account with an assigned password.  The login is your email

​

3.  All graphics should have the title. You can include directed by, written by, performed 

     by (keep the graphic as "clean" as possible) NO ticketing/time/date info on the

     graphic

4.  2 Synopses:  1- 40-60 words & 1- 20-25 words (for publicist)

General Information

Whitefire Provides

- 2 techs for live-streaming         

- Custom designed-lighting

- Full tech on day of performance includes: q2q, run-thru, dress rehearsal

- Whitefire sets up ticketing on Yapsody

- Publicist for marketing the festival: each show is individually featured in all listings

- Eblast weekly to +2,000 Whitefire patrons

1. Show length should be no less than 45 minutes and no longer than 90 minutes

2. Tech, run-thru, dress and performance are all on the same day.

3. Thur, Fri, Sat performances start at 7pm - Sunday performances start at 6pm

4. Thur, Fri, & Sat  tech begins at 11am - Sun tech begins at 10am
