Echoes of Shakespeare, Hendrix and Kerouac charge solo artist/gifted guitarist R. Ernie Silva's true life tale of his odyssey across the great American Outback. Heavy Like the Weight of a Flame follows Silva's haunting, touching and often humorous journey as he leaves the streets of Brooklyn and learns to call the road home. Silva is a veteran stand up comic on both coasts, has been seen in numerous Off-Broadway shows, and appeared with L.A's award-winning Latino comedy group Culture Clash.
